The Bill (Reg.№4323) envisages the amendments to the article 73 of the current law according to which the lessee has the right on prolonging the hiring contract on the new term but not more than for the two years if the lessee discharged his duties adequately according to the hiring contract.
The norm according to which the lessee that adequately discharged his duties after the cessation of the term of the contract should take part in the contest for the right on the lease of the state and public property should be extracted.
